If you are sending in your unit for repairs, please include a note describing the problem you are experiencing. Please include your contact information, and any special instructions (whether you need an estimate, print-outs). If you need same-day service, please make sure that your unit is delivered to us before noon (do not use Fed-Ex Air Saver if you want same-day returns).
